The Internship Program is perfect for early-career professionals in Chicago and the surrounding neighborhoods looking for an introduction to arts administration and production. This program provides direct connections to Steppenwolf staff and an opportunity to get hands on experience within the theatre industry. Interns receive opportunities to attend professional development seminars and complimentary tickets to Steppenwolf programming. All interns receive stipends, and can apply for additional financial support and academic credit. d

ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old by the start of the internship on May 30, 2023.
- Be able to commit to a 10-week program (May 30, 2023 – August 4, 2023).
- Have a strong desire to work in one or two of the departments offered for the internship and express this interest in the application
- Carefully read through the instructions and submit a thoughtfully completed application
COMPENSATION
Pay: All interns will receive $15.40/hour.
