Movement and Flexibility

Dylan Rogerson will be starting up private and small group lessons again for gymnastics, cheer stunting, and flexibility as soon as next week. He will working from beginner to intermediate tumbling (cartwheel, round off, back tuck, front tuck, back handspring, front walk over, etc.), and up to advanced cheer stunting (Quad and Co-ed). These workouts are great for both an actors mental and physical health. You are promised to get a good sweat, better balance, a better understanding of the bodies possibilities, communication, and some new things to put on a resume.

Cost: $8 a week plus gym fee.
Time: 1 hour a week anytime Monday/Wednesday/Friday
