Wow. It’s that time again! As we get closer to the end of the year, we must prepare to pass on the torch of department leadership to new KSTO officers.
To begin, we need two things:
1) Nominations. The nominator can be any student. However, the one being nominated must be a full KSTO member. (If you have questions about qualifications check out KSTO’s new bylaws on the KSTO board) The positions we are filling are President, Vice President, Secretary, and the new exec position of Treasurer. You may nominate more than one person at a time. You may nominate yourself if you are a full KSTO member. Please send your nominations via email to your VP, Trace. tracesoup@ksu.edu
2) From those nominated, a brief, about 1 page, letter of intent to become an officer for next year. We will email you if you are nominated.
The schedule from the nominations will be as follows:
April 10-May 1: Nominations
May 2-May 5: Voting
May 11 (KSTO Banquet): Presentation of next year’s officers.
