Neil Dunn is offering HealthRHYTHMS sessions- designed for stress relief for students-free!

HealthRHYTHMS is an evidence-based and research-proven wellness program that has proved to reduce stress and burnout, to have positive affects on the immune system, to foster positive mood states, as well as many other benefits. It is also a lot of fun!

Neil Dunn has sessions scheduled for 1:00 pm on Wednesdays. First session was April 9th but there is room for a few more participants. The 60-minute sessions are a lot of fun and help out with stress relief.
