Junior Grant Kozisek received First Place in the Commercial Music category of the National Association Teachers of Singing West Central regional auditions. This latest honor comes shortly after Grant’s recent state-level honor, winning first place in both Commercial Music and Musical Theatre categories. With the first-place finish, Grant now advances to the National Student Auditions where he will represent the region at the national level.
Grant is pursuing degrees in Theatre, Communications Studies, and Philosophy and is a voice student of Cheryl Richt. The National Student Auditions represent the highest level of student competition within NATS, showcasing exceptional collegiate singers from across the country. The West Central NATS region includes Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming.
