Filmmaker David Sumner is offering opportunities to learn about the production of feature length films!
David Sumner is soon beginning filming within a 50 Mile radius of Manhattan, KS on an upcoming feature length film and is looking to both cast supporting roles and bring on a crew. No previous experience is required, as training will be provided! Filming in this area will last for two weeks from Nov. 1st – Nov. 15th.
This film has an approximate budget of ~$15,000 and will shoot in four locations between Manhattan and Topeka. Interns can expect to learn how a movie is made from the early stage of pre-production to the distribution of the finished film through festivals. As an added bonus, participants can expect to receive an IMDB credit and will receive various free meals throughout the process.
