Hello and happy finals week to all of you wonderful humans! As our semester comes to a end, KSTO has only a couple more exciting events to hang out with friends as well as opportunities to celebrate and support each other’s hard work! 

 This post contains several events for this week as well as a survey to gauge if students are interested in starting up KSTO events around in January.  SO feel free to join in for any/all final events and please fill out the survey below!

1. Holiday Blind Read: TONIGHT, Sunday, Dec.6th, at 7:30pm 

  • Join KSTO TONIGHT (Dec. 6) @ 7:30pm for a Holiday themed Blind Reading!  Once the event begins, a movie from the list below will be voted on by participants, a script will be sent out, parts will be assigned, and we’ll dive right in! No preparation is necessary, so feel free to let loose and have fun with your characters. Feel free to join in or just sit back and enjoy!

2. Demo Reel Watch Party – Acting for the Camera: Wednesday, Dec.9th, at 7:30pm 

  • On Wed., Dec. 9th at 7:30pm the Acting for the Camera class with be presenting their final demo reels!  Anyone is invited and welcome to join in to watch.  The demo reels consist of the classes’ work throughout the semester and range from tv, to film, and even commercials!  (This class will also be offered in the Spring semester.  So if you’re thinking about taking the class, this is a great way to get a sneak peek!)

3. HO HO NO! Release/Listening Party: Thurs., Dec.10th, @ 7:30pm

  • It’s time to release KTW’s final podcast production of the Fall 2020 semester, HO HO NOSimilar to the past release/listening’s of our fall season, the HO HO NO! release will be held virtually through Zoom with the code below.  The room will open at 7:00pm and the show will begin at 7:30pm.  Come support this wacky and feisty yule log of a show and celebrate the end of our awesome season!
