CONGRATS RECRUITS, YOU SURVIVED #DRAFTWEEK2K15!
Whether you are new to K-State, new to K-State Theatre, or new to theatre completely, we had a blast with all of you this week, and we hope you feel the same!
So, let’s get down to business TO DEFEAT THE HUNS!…just kidding, (we’ll do that next semester…) but we do have some true theatre business to attend to.
1) TONIGHT from 5:30-7:30p.m. we are hosting an ice cream social at the New Purple Masque (on the corner of Denison and Anderson) and you are all invited! There will be a tap dance performance, the pep band is coming, and we will also be giving tours of the Masque.
2) The rosters (a.k.a. the cast lists that we have all been waiting ‘patiently’ for) will be posted AFTER the ice cream social.
3) THIS SUNDAY (August 30th) is our annual Welcome Back Picnic. It will be happening at Anneberg Park (3801 Anderson Avenue, Manhattan, KS 66503) from 1-3 p.m. This is a potluck! KSTO will be providing the ‘main course’ but here’s what everyone else should bring: Seniors: drinks, Juniors: desserts, Sophomores and Faculty: sides, Freshman and New Students: just your(wonderful)selves!!! If you need a ride, comment below and you will be contacted!
