Hope your week is going well. This is a just a friendly reminder that the next Ebony Theatre meeting is this Thursday, Nichols 017, 6:30 p.m.- 7:30 p.m. We will be reading a play by Kansas City native and Kansas State graduate, Nathan Louis Jackson. Besides his plays, Sticky Traps, When I Come to Die, and Brokeology, Mr. Jackson has also worked on several outside projects. One of such outside endeavors includes him being one of the writers for Netflix hit, Luke Cage. We hope to get Mr. Jackson to visit in the spring as a speaker for a weekend long Black Arts Festival (attend the meeting for more details). In order to prepare for our proposed guest, the selection for our meeting will be Brokeology. We will read it during the meeting!!! Please come out and enjoy a great work!
