ARTS IN THE PARK STAFF (Temporary/Seasonal Non-Benefit) Starting Salary: $10.00/hr
Set up, run, and tear down sound and lighting systems for Arts in the Park performances at the Larry Norvell Band Shell in City Park from May to August. Performances generally occur on Fridays, but can take place any day of the week. Responsibilities may vary each week and will include: preparing equipment for performance, returning equipment to storage after the performance, assisting with band load in/out, mixing stage monitors, audio cable management, following a stage plot, troubleshooting problems, and backstage assistance. Stage technology experience not necessary, but preferred. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have approximately 12-15 hours of availability per week, including Fridays.
