TAPsgiving is an annual KSTO event to eat delicious food and celebrate what we are thankful for. This year’s TAPsgiving will take place on Thursday, November 20 at 7:00 pm. This is a potluck dinner so please bring a dish to contribute.
Please respond to the invite on the Facebook event found at https://www.facebook.com/events/770206363040381/?ref=2&ref_dashboard_filter=upcoming to let us know you’re coming. Also, please post on this Facebook event to let us know what you’re bringing. If someone has already said they’re bringing something that tends to be a popular Thanksgiving dish (ex: mashed potatoes) it’s okay to sign up to bring more. Over 50 people came last year so we’ll need a lot of food. With that said, the line for food will probably be long, so please be patient!
Sandy Chastan has graciously offered for us to use her home this year. It is on the other side of town, so if you need a ride post on the Facebook event and we’ll make sure to get you there!
There are also a few ground rules:
1. Minors may not consume alcoholic beverages. With that said, alcohol is allowed but drunkenness is not.
2. If a door is closed, do not open it.
3. No smoking in the house. You may smoke outside on the patio or deck, but please don’t leave cigarette butts lying around. Ashtrays will be provided.
4. Be respectful!
Feel free to invite members of the theatre department we may have missed, but this will be a large event so try not to bring roommates and other friends.
We look forward to seeing you there!
