Kat Chats will host “Don’t Be Afraid to Ask the Question! Suicide Intervention and Prevention” at 4 p.m. Sept. 18 in 13 Leasure Hall.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in 2016 suicide was the second leading cause of death among individuals between the ages of 10 and 34. At K-State, Counseling Services wants students to understanding the warning signs and how to prevent attempts. Come to this Kat Chat to join a safe discussion about how to recognize the signs and engage in prevention.
