The Center for Student Involvement seeks interested student members for the newly established SafeRide Review Task Force.
Having recently undergone its regular three-year review as part of the Center for Student Involvement’s Student Privilege Fee budget review process, there is great interest in further exploring the future of the SafeRide program at K-State. The center’s executive director has decided to establish a SafeRide Review Task Force charged to review the current program, examine and explore national and local trends of similar programs, and identify where the program will go in the future.
Students interested in serving on the SafeRide Review Task Force should complete the interest form. Interest forms will be accepted until 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6.
The SafeRide Review Task Force will be primarily made up of student representatives from across the campus community. In addition, members of local agencies may be added to ensure a well-rounded, intentional review of the program.
