It’s that time of year again! Time for KSTO’s second annual Mr. Music, Theatre, and Dance Beauty Pageant! For those of you who don’t know what it is, Mr. MTD is our male beauty pageant with contestants from our three departments. This is a fun way to collaborate as a department and to showcase some of our wonderful men! This is completely a donation-based event (more about that will be provided in a post closer to the event).
The pageant will take place Saturday, February 28 with a rehearsal for all contestants on Friday, February 27.
This year we will be taking 15 participants, however, in order to fully make this about Music, Theatre, and Dance, the first 15 entries will not necessarily be the participants. We want to spread evenly across the departments (or as evenly as possible).
Men will participate in four categories: evening wear, sportswear, a question portion, and a talent portion.

Also, Chloe Pyle, who is running this event, would like volunteers to help collect donations, run the light and sound boards, and a scorekeeper.
One person is also needed as an assistant for the event. They will help with planning, running rehearsal, and will act as the stage manager during the run. Duties will include being on headset to help the light and sound board ops, and to make sure the boys are ready when needed and help them with any problems.
