Good afternoon artists, makers, and crafters!
The fifth annual Meet the Makers series at the Flint Hills Discovery Center is right around the corner happening March 9-13, 2020. This week of live artist demos is a great way to get in front of the Manhattan community to showcase your amazing work. We are looking for local talent in a wide variety of mediums.
Past participants have demoed oil and watercolor painting, pen and ink drawing, pottery, Henna body art, digital illustration, ceramic jewelry, metal work, ballroom dancing, traditional folk music, and much more.
This event is free and open to the community. Participants are asked to remain available to guests for informal interaction with hands-on programs and experiences also encouraged! Sales are also permitted.
