Please comment below if you intend to accept the trip. We must know by Monday morning, Sept. 8. We are booking non-refundable hotel rooms and theatre tickets. You are responsible for a few meals and your own incidentals. This award will cover your transportation, hotel with breakfast included, theatre tickets, and the Saturday lunch. We depart Friday, Sept. 12 at 2pm. We return Sunday, Sept 14 at 7:30pm. All students will receive a letter to share with professors for their absence.
