Come to a MANDATORY informational meeting on Monday, September 8 at 5:30pm in Nichols 127.
This will be a competitive application process, so we want to make sure you have all the necessary information.
The conference will be January 18th-24th, 2026 in Rochester, MN. The Theatre program will provide transportation.
Students attending KC/ACTF must be presenting a project, performance, research, a script, etc. for the conference.
Complete KC/ACTF student application packets will be due to the Theatre program before (or on) November 1 at 5pm.
We require students to apply for the following two funding opportunities before submitting the application packet. Proof of submission must accompany the application packet. Please note that these awards require letters of support/recommendation, so it is advised that you begin this process immediately to allow faculty time to complete the letters.
Undergraduate Research Travel Awards:
College of Arts and Sciences Travel Awards
You will also need to sign up for a 0 or 1 credit hour course to supplement the grant awards. We are making this as low cost as possible for you!
Please read about KC/ACTF, and then read about Region 5. If this sounds like an opportunity that interests you, attend the meeting Monday. It is mandatory for anyone going to KC/ACTF.
The application packet process and other information will be detailed on Monday, so please come with questions.
