At K-State Theatre, not only do we have PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS we have PROFESSIONAL THEATRE MAKERS! Check out what our faculty will be doing this summer – from travel and professional work, all these experiences help our faculty continue to better educate our students. What our faculty learn in the field they – in turn – teach to K-State Theatre students!

 

Prof. of Practice Melissa Neville – Domestic travel as well as a trip to Ireland

Dr. Shannon Blake Skelton – Writing; archival projects in Austin and NYC; sabbatical Fall 2024

Assoc. Prof. Dana Pinkston – Costume design work at Theatre by the Sea in Rhode Island as well as North Shore Music Theatre in Massachusetts.
