Peninsula Players Theatre is hiring! Join our team along the shores of Green Bay in Door County, Wisconsin, this summer and autumn as we celebrate our 90th season, performing June 17 – October 19, 2025.

Production Staff Positions:

Lead Carpenter
Carpenter
Prop Shop Supervisor
Prop Shop Artisan
Lighting & Sound Supervisor

Administrative Positions:

Assistant Box Office Manager

The departure date will be after the opening of our final show on September 4, 2025. There may be an option to stay through the closing of the final production and all facilities on October 21, 2025. Peninsula Players Theatre provides a travel stipend, free housing and a meal plan available on working days.

Ideal candidates for Administrative, Stage Management and some Production positions will be able to stay through the closing of our season and property on October 21, 2025. Dates may be flexible to accommodate school schedules. This internship pays a weekly stipend of $250, with Peninsula Players Theatre providing a travel stipend, free housing and meals on working days.

Peninsula Players Theatre is situated on 16 acres of cedar-lined shorefront on which we produce, build, rehearse and perform our works in a 621-seat all-weather pavilion.

We seek passionate and dedicated theater individuals who are also “good campers.” In the true sense of camp, our company members work and live together to produce professional theater in a serene and nurturing environment. The company is made up of working professionals, including members of Actors’ Equity Association (AEA), Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC) and United Scenic Artists (USA).
