I am pleased to announce that, following an internal search for leadership,
Professor Gary Mortenson will assume duties as the inaugural Director of
Music, Theater, and Dance.
I am especially grateful for the hard work and dedication that Charlie
Griffin has shown as Head of Communication Studies, Theater, and Dance. He
is to be congratulated for helping to realign the programs and leading the
department into a new era.
