Time and time again students have told me that taking a ‘FUN’ class can be a major stress reliever. Why not treat yourself and your mind to a fun, rewarding course that will expand your horizons (and for performers, add a skill to your resume)? These skills are great for everyone. Look at the one-hour credit classes for fitness, sports, dance, and more. Whether you want to learn a new sport, get into shape, or discover a new activity – Global Campus/UFM has a one-hour recreational credit class for you!

New classes: Mindful Eating, Ballroom Dance, Dance Fitness, Intro to Powerlifting, & Judo.
