Topeka Performing Arts Center (TPAC) welcomes Broadway Actor and Topeka Native Jeff Kready for a one-of-a-kind ACTING MASTER CLASS and WORKSHOP on February 17, 2020. Kready brings his expertise back to help aspiring actors climb the ladder to success on a world-wide stage.
Jeff is a graduate of Washburn Rural and Washburn University – He is offering two unique sessions for participants from ages 12 through adult on February 17:
SESSION ONE – “LES MISERABLES WORKSHOP”
3 pm – 4:30 pm. 40 Registrations available. Registration fee is $40. Registrants will be supplied with sheet music in advance. Come prepared having learned the piece. Kready will work through the process that the Broadway company used in breaking down how to perform an ensemble piece from the show.
SESSION TWO – MASTER CLASS participant
7 pm – 8:30 pm – Registration is limited to 6 persons. Registration Fee is $25. Registrants must submit a video audition of a prepared piece (song or monologue limited to 1 minute). Final selection of Master Class Registrants will be made by Mr. Kready and will perform before a live audience. Registrants not selected will be refunded their registration fee.
There is also the chance to learn as an audience member to the Master Class:

7 pm – 8:30 pm – $10. Attend as an audience member and witness Jeff Kready’s style and techniques while working with his Top 6 students.
