We need YOU for guerilla marketing, you’ll be paid with lunch. Anyone is eligible (cast encouraged, but all welcome).
We are looking for 6-12 students to help with OPERATION SELL OUT ‘TAKING STEPS.’ If you can help, you will get free lunch, potentially for three days- Wed. Oct. 16, Thurs. Oct. 17, Fri. Oct. 18.
We want to pack the house on Friday, Oct. 18 and inspire the student body to see TAKING STEPS. With the discount code, it’s $8.80/ticket- less than a movie!
You are eligible if you like to have fun, are free one or all of the lunch hours (12:20-1:20 M/F and 12-1 on Thurs), and are willing to do the following:
- Arrive in Nichols lobby 12:20pm (W/F) or 12 (Thurs)
- Carry the TAKING STEPS banner (one person, this duty can be shared)
- “Take steps” (HIGH KNEES!) from Nichols Hall through Bosco Plaza and into the Student Union to climb up & down the central staircase…
- …while simultaneously passing out show cards to students and passersby in along your path
- Periodically sing “For He’s a Jolly Good Fellow” in a British accent to gain more attention
- Asking students to post a photo to social media about the show to enter a raffle to win two free tickets
- Eat Free Pizza (or maybe subs one day!) afterwards
- We’ll make sure you can make your 1:30/1:05 classes!
