Applications are now open for the Doug Benson Award. This is a $1,000 scholarship given by the College of Arts & Sciences Diversity Committee in honor of Professor Benson for his “tireless advocacy on diversity issues at KSU and beyond.” This year, submissions will be accepted in multiple forms of expression including “essay, picture, drawing, dance, music, etc.” along with a 150-200 word summary describing the student’s appreciation for diversity in a global world. Completed applications also include resumes. See attached information below.
