The new season kicked off this week with the opening of Laundry & Bourbon and Lonestar! What is an usher? An usher helps the House Manager for each show in the season. The House Manager assigns roles to each usher, such as ticket-tearing, passing out programs to audience attendees, or showing attendees to their seats. The perk of being an usher: you get to see the show for free!
Ushers arrive 45 minutes before the performance begins (6:45pm) to open the house with the House Manager. Ushers are to dress in business-casual attire.
