JOB PURPOSE: Facilitates and guides the Guest through their unique experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Introduces and communicates the Food, Beverage and Game On elements to create and deliver the customized and Ultimate Social Experience for Sports Fans. Solely focuses on the Guest Experience. Showcase the three MVPs to the Guests: the Food and Beverage Experience, the AV and Technology experience and Community Connectedness. Performs in the role of “Host of the Party” to create and deliver the “Stadium Feeling” – Every Day is Game Day atmosphere.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required
• Minimum of High School Degree or Equivalent
• Serve Safe Alcohol Certification (RAS)
• BWW Server Certification for NRO or new Team Members (new hire) or Existing certification in an additional area of restaurant for current BWW Team Members
• Minimum of 18 years of age
