Actors From the London Stage visit K-State Theatre

It’s always a great time when we receive a visit from the Actors From The London Stage! Earlier this month, the Actors From the London Stage were on campus for a performance of Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing” at McCain Auditorium, and they were gracious enough to share some time and expertise with K-State Theatre students.

Actors From The London Stage (AFTLS), founded in 1975 at UC Santa Barbara by Homer “Murph” Swander and Sir Patrick Stewart, presents Shakespeare with five actors using minimal props and multiple roles. Touring U.S. colleges twice yearly, they also lead classesn and workshops, bringing Shakespeare’s text vividly to life.
