Enjoy Dinner and Dancing on April 30 While Supporting K-State Students
MTD Date Night – The Second Act | Friday, April 30
Join us Friday, April 30th for a night of dinner and dancing – don’t worry, we’ll do the dancing and Coco Bolo’s will make the dinner. That’s right, in case you missed the first one, the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance and Coco Bolo’s are offering one final opportunity to support K-State students in the performing arts. Order your dinner now!
K-State Dance will provide the live entertainment with an outdoor performance at Memorial Field. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door (please see https://www.k-state.edu/mtd/events/tickets/ for more information). The show will take place from 6:30-7:30 p.m., and while food and beverage aren’t allowed in the stadium, you can enjoy your dinner before or after the show. There are outdoor tables in Bosco Plaza or indoor seating throughout the Student Union.
Once again, Coco Bolo’s has created a unique MTD dinner that you won’t find on their menus, and they’re donating 15% of the proceeds from each meal back to the School! Enjoy this one-time-only meal while supporting K-State students.
Caribbean Skewer Trio
Includes a bacon-wrapped Caribbean shrimp skewer, Caribbean chicken skewer, and steak skewer. Served alongside coconut rice and black beans.
Each meal costs $19.50 (tax included) and can be pre-ordered online through April 27. Order your dinner today! 15% of all meal proceeds will be donated by Coco Bolo’s to the School’s Retention Scholarship Fund to support students who are struggling to finish their degree because of the economic impact of COVID-19.
The online order form provides additional opportunities to support students. With a $30 donation you’ll receive 16 oz. (4-servings) of Coco Bolo’s famous margarita mix and two engraved stainless steel straws (alcohol excluded). We’ll include instructions so you can mix them up at home just like they do at Coco Bolo’s.
Dinner will be available for pick up from 6:00-8:00pm on Friday, April 30 just outside the K-State Student Union. Coco Bolo’s staff will meet you in the circle drive on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, just north of the parking garage.
