a musical instrument

• the instructor works with the participant helping them to identify places they can
experience more ease when completing their activity, the rest of the class observes the instructor working with their classmate, the participant and observers are encouraged to observe closely and to share their observations with the group

• there are many “ah ha!” moments mixed with lots of positive feedback and
interaction

• Saturday – 3 – 2.5 to 3 hour group classes beginning at 10 a.m.
