Seeking Student Actors on Campus

Hello students,

 

The K-State Center for Advocacy, Response and Education, Office of New Student Services, and the Division of Communications and Marketing is seeking student actors or interested students to participate in two separate projects. The first is the filming of a campus safety video that will air at Orientation and Enrollment events. Actors are needed to fulfill roles for the video. The second is an anti-violence photo campaign which will utilize still images. See below table for details.

 

 

Orientation and Enrollment Campus Safety Video

Anti-Violence Photo Campaign

Purpose:

 To replace the current orientation and enrollment safety video with a video depicting opportunities for bystander intervention that will further resonate with actual experiences of sexual harassment 

 To replace the It’s On Us K-State campaign by raising awareness about the normalization of sexual harassment and sexual violence. 

Time Commitment:

 1-1.5 hrs per scene

 30 min – 1 hr per scene

Amount of actors needed:

(Overlap with both projects is possible)

 25 (all genders)

 10 (all genders)

Filming/Shooting Dates:

 Early in the month of April    

 The month of April
