Ross Evans will be the Guest Director for You Can’t Take it With You!

We are pleased to announce that Ross Evans will be the guest director for You Can’t Take it With You.

Ross is a NYC based director and playwright.  Ross was most recently the Associate Director on Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Broadway). As an associate or assistant, Ross has worked on Venus in Fur (Broadway) White Christmas (Broadway) The Submission (MCC) Old Jews Telling Jokes (Westside Theater) and Ordinary Days (Roundabout Theater Company). In 2013,  Ross made his directing debut in Tokyo with Venus in Fur (Production in Japanese). Other Directing Credits include – NYC: Finger Paint (Backstage Critics Pick) Fit. (NYtheater.com Best of Fest) RIP JD,  and Egg a Day. Elsewhere in the USA, Ross has worked at the MUNY, Philadelphia Theater Company, Papermill Playhouse, and The Guthrie Theater among others. Ross was also a member of the 2013 Lincoln Center Theater Director’s Lab. As a playwright, full length plays include Finger Paint, Team Awesome, Playing with Charlie and Priv@cy. His plays have been seen all over New York and published by Indie Theater Now. His short plays have been featured in numerous 10 minute play festivals around the country. Ross will be in Manhattan Nov. 16-18 for spring semester auditions.
