The Rec is hiring for Challenge Course facilitator positions this spring for employment this summer and beyond. They have had great luck with Theatre students in the past due to their outgoing nature, creativity, and lack of fear of talking in front of people. Not only are Theatre students good for us, but I think this work experience is very valuable for them too.
This position is a great opportunity to get experience leading groups of people through team building experiences and facilitated discussions about those experiences. The skills gained are very useful. Not to mention, it’s a really fun job. Full training is provided. Pay starts at $9.50 per hour and the hours are extremely flexible so it works well during the school year around classes and rehearsals.
