Thank you to everyone who attended the Homecoming planning meeting. For those of you who were unable to attend, our theme is going to be The Wizard of Oz… or rather The “Wildcats” of Oz.
Each activity will have a different focus:
- Sidewalk Chalking: The Purple City (our version of the Emerald City) – If you would like to participate come to Bosco Plaza tomorrow (Sunday) Oct. 11th anytime from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. and bring sidewalk chalk if you happen to have any!
- Paint the ‘Ville: The Tornado – our window is on Buffalo Wild Wings. If you would like to participate come to Buffalo Wild Wings anytime between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 13th, and please bring window paint if you have any! (More details will be posted soon.)
- The Parade: Costume Parade – showcasing Dorothy, the Witch, the Tin Man, the Lion and the Scarecrow (if you happen to have any of these costumes that you would like to wear yourself or borrow to another member of the theatre department, we would really appreciate it!) and everyone else will be a “munchkin” sporting our beautiful K-State theatre t-shirts. – If you would like to participate we will be meeting in the Mall parking lot at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16th! (More details will be posted soon.)
